Due to the timing and impact of Storm Fern on Region 5, we made the difficult decision to move the conference from January 24–25 to February 14–15. Email correspondence was sent to adult chaperones with further details.
This delay has also allowed us to re-open registration. We hope to see you in Maryland!

As a youth registrant, do I have to have an adult chaperone? We appreciate the presence of adult chaperones to help assist with driving to the offsite activities and overseeing smaller individual requests during the conference. To help with budgeting and activity/meal planning, chaperones that plan to eat with the group and participate in the activities also need to register.
